Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our electric showers, shower valves, and complete shower systems. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns policy ensures a hassle-free process.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and protective covers must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Electric showers (9.5 kW and 10.8 kW models)
  • Digital showers with installed software
  • Opened packages of shower heads or accessories

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
